I appreciate the service manager Ronnie for trying to make things right however the complete total reason that I took my truck there in the first place it's still occurring in the vehicle! So two and a half weeks later and $1,000 out of my pocket that you initially wanted $2,000 and I'm still no closer to repairing my truck thanks for nothing but screwing a lifelong resident of Panama City Florida I truly hope this is not the way that you treat everyone that comes in the door or it means every time I see a car there somebody's being taken advantage of thanks for nothing you lied to me twice causing me to lie to my customers and in turn making my reputation look bad and still taking my money to do this really not the way I run my business I'm sorry that this is the method that you use!
