Very professional staff. Some days calls were returned fast. Some days calls were said that would return my call by the end of the day, which were not returned(twice). Dennis at the service desk was great. He texted me giving me status updates and set clear expectations. However whoever worked in it obviously didn’t test drive it after. It’s as if the tech reset the check engine light and didn’t tear anything. Luckily I hadn’t returned my rental car before test driving it myself or I’d have been seriously stranded with my son. More

Terrible Repair service, took 8 days to complete 2 recalls which the local shop stated did not have to be completed. Never did the recalls! Had a dash control issue that developed after the previous recalls which the local shop stated did not have to be completed. Never did the recalls! Had a dash control issue that developed after the previous recall months ago. They worked under my dash, once I got it back the radio and air conditioner and navigation were not operating properly. Then charged me $1,000 for repairs. Poor, poor operation! Pitiful Tech. Service. General Manager ( Steve Martin) condescending attitude! Purchased my last Ford Product! More
