I cannot say enough good things about Raymond in the service center. He made a stressful experience with my vehicle (had to be towed) into a pleasant experience. While my car was there he let me know ab service center. He made a stressful experience with my vehicle (had to be towed) into a pleasant experience. While my car was there he let me know about the special they had on breaks (which I knew I would have to replace soon), he did so in an informational way versus being pushy about it- he saved me money and saved me a trip since he got it taken care of while it was there. He exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend him if your car is there for service, they are lucky to have him. More

The service department has become increasingly busy. It took over two weeks to get my truck in for service. Good for the dealership, bad for the customer. When I picked up my vehicle I was handed the keys. took over two weeks to get my truck in for service. Good for the dealership, bad for the customer. This is the first dealership I have ever worked with where my truck was not presented to me for pickup. Very disappointing. More
