The recall service took 3 days because the tires were not in stock. A recall on tires should have tires in stock. I was not informed each day on progress on service. As expected, I received great costomer service by my service advisor, John Meola. With my scheduke being tight and his schedule being almost full, John was able to find a time-slot that worked for me an service advisor, John Meola. Although my appointment was for a routine oil change, his technician saw that my wiper blades needed replacing. With all the rain we've been getting, I had them changed as recommended. I have had many issues with my F-150. I have called roadside assistance 4 times on my vehicle which was bought new. Please understand how unhappy I have been since purchasing this vehicle. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and delivered my truck to your dealership 8/24/21 around 5pm to make sure it was there on 8/25 for my 7:30 appointment. I called Friday 8/27 to see if they found out anything and the service department had not looked at it. I told them I needed the truck and would be back Monday 8/30 to pick it up. I am having an electrical issue that causes my battery to drain down and truck will not start. I have to carry a portable battery charger with me to keep from being stranded every time it happens. I am very disappointed with your lack of service on my vehicle. Also I have asked twice for a copy of my work order and it has not been sent to me. More

Great dealership. Great service. This visit treatment was not up to par. Employee that waited on me was rude and argumentative. Management resolved issue. Normally I loathe the thought of going to this dealership, however it is the only one in about 100 miles from me so I am limited on choices. The only reason I go to this dealership is for warranty dealership, however it is the only one in about 100 miles from me so I am limited on choices. The only reason I go to this dealership is for warranty work, anything else I go ANYWHERE else. I've had multiple bad experiences here. For example, once before I showed up for a scheduled oil change, but apparently the scheduling people are not co-located with the dealership so there is no coordination with the service writers so I was denied an oil change and told to wait 3 weeks. This, was after I stood patiently to be helped for 5+ minutes while people typed on their computers and stared at me. Another time I went in for a PCM flash for updated codes on my transmission and they didn't have the proper codes, but the guy said come back in 2 weeks, that they will have them and I don't need an appointment, it only takes a few minutes. Month later, I stop in, and am told that I need an appointment, after I relay what I was told, they say just to drop it off in the AM one day and leave it for the day and they will get to it. So, needless to say my experiences with Autonation have been painful. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because this last time I went about 3 days ago, they totally took care of me. I actually pulled the Asst Service Mngt aside and told him pretty much what I wrote here and he said they are working on it, so I am hopeful that they can turn things around here. The only reason I sayd "Yes" I would recommend this dealership is because its a lack of options being the only one in the area. More
