Took the truck in for a misfire and the vehicle sat on the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody t the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody to update me on what was going on. No one in the service department answered the phone and the only way to get an update was to waste my time and go in person to talk to anyone. Nothing was resolved. I loved the truck and ended up selling it to them as I didn’t have the time to keep looking into what was wrong with the vehicle as I am no certified Ford tech as they should have been. More

The recall service took 3 days because the tires were not in stock. A recall on tires should have tires in stock. I was not informed each day on progress on service. As expected, I received great costomer service by my service advisor, John Meola. With my scheduke being tight and his schedule being almost full, John was able to find a time-slot that worked for me an service advisor, John Meola. Although my appointment was for a routine oil change, his technician saw that my wiper blades needed replacing. With all the rain we've been getting, I had them changed as recommended. I have had many issues with my F-150. I have called roadside assistance 4 times on my vehicle which was bought new. Please understand how unhappy I have been since purchasing this vehicle. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and delivered my truck to your dealership 8/24/21 around 5pm to make sure it was there on 8/25 for my 7:30 appointment. I called Friday 8/27 to see if they found out anything and the service department had not looked at it. I told them I needed the truck and would be back Monday 8/30 to pick it up. I am having an electrical issue that causes my battery to drain down and truck will not start. I have to carry a portable battery charger with me to keep from being stranded every time it happens. I am very disappointed with your lack of service on my vehicle. Also I have asked twice for a copy of my work order and it has not been sent to me. More
