Although I had some work delay issues to the tune of a 3 and half weeks wait I must say that the Service Writer Sean Erhard straightened it out and got my trucked fixed, I guess persistency during these tim and half weeks wait I must say that the Service Writer Sean Erhard straightened it out and got my trucked fixed, I guess persistency during these times are a necessity, I also appreciate Beverly taking the time to contact me and listen to my story about the wait, if I didnt have a second vehicle this would have been a different story but I will continue to use this dealership in the future. They make appointments then do not call you all day when they havent even touched your vehicle. They dont call you when your parts have arrived. Servive Dept, Wesley< was very accomodating ,courteous and everthing was done well and to a high standard. He showed me around the Ford waiting room and hospitality they provid ( which is great). Clean waiting room, friendly staff. Did not have to wait upon arrival for service consultant, even though (inexplicably) my appointment was not on the register. Took the truck in for a misfire and the vehicle sat on the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody t the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody to update me on what was going on. No one in the service department answered the phone and the only way to get an update was to waste my time and go in person to talk to anyone. Nothing was resolved. I loved the truck and ended up selling it to them as I didn’t have the time to keep looking into what was wrong with the vehicle as I am no certified Ford tech as they should have been. More
