Quoted one price when it dropped vehicle off and charged like a 1000.00 more when it went to get it. There was no communication with the dealer. I would text questions and get no response. This dealership on the sales and service side does nothing but disappoint they are unorganized they have lack of consideration and caring for their customers and last time I took my car for a service nothing but disappoint they are unorganized they have lack of consideration and caring for their customers and last time I took my car for a service they didn’t even reset it so now I have to take it to Mercedes to reset the oil monitor I’m wondering if they even did the service they charged me $150 for I’ll never be back to this place because they basically tried to say I didn’t have an appointment when I did and send me back an hour on my way they were rude and I just would never ever do business with this company ever again More
Always are pretty awesome. Only had an issue once and that was last visit my keys were lost. I felt that my truck gained the attention that it needed. Great customer service representative (Victor Reynosa) took care of me. Four trips in to get a check engine light resolved. A conversation with their customer satisfaction rep resulted in them waiving charges for trips 2,3 and 4.
