I recently had our Ford Flex in for an oil change. The "Low Tire" light was on also. The oil was changed and after an inspection of the low tire, more air was added to it. After about 100 miles of driving "Low Tire" light was on also. The oil was changed and after an inspection of the low tire, more air was added to it. After about 100 miles of driving, the "Low Tire" light came on again. I called and arranged to bring it in for a more in-depth inspection. After a shoret while, I was told thast the light was reset and I was ready to go. The corrective action again was to add more air. I'm guessing in about another 100 miles, I'll be getting the tire looked at again, but probably not by the local AutoNation dealer. Past dealings with the Service Dept. haver gone pretty well. I'm hating that in all probability, the tire in question still has a problem. Remembering the good service in the past, I would probably recommend this service center to someone. More

John Meola usually takes care of my truck service but he was out that day so I was a little disappointed at the time. Fortunately Ronnie stepped in and got me in and out very quickly. It’s a good dealership. Used to be better. My most recent visit required 2 recalls to be done, 1 to replace a faulty throttle body, the second to replace airbag inflators. Was told that the throttle body replacement was done after 3 days of working on it (it’s a 1 hour fix) and I could get my vehicle while waiting for parts. Went to pick it up, and was told that they still had not completed the throttle body replacement. Frustrating and infuriating. More
