Witnessed the same issues with others standing in line. I thought this was not going to happened to me and of course it did. Now I am another two weeks out to have a piece of plastic pit in my seatbelt. Which could have easily been ordered prior to me arriving as this was a factory recall and was the reason for coming in. Same thing happened to another person that brought in his truck for a transmission repair and the guy that works on transmissions was not there. I have been here a few times and never a good experience. Now I will just drive over an hour to go to another dealer just to not have to go to this place. More
I called the dealer phone number to schedule a warranty concern to be looked at. Was told to bring the truck in the following morning to be diagnosed. I was told by the lady I scheduled it with that the de concern to be looked at. Was told to bring the truck in the following morning to be diagnosed. I was told by the lady I scheduled it with that the dealership would run the diagnostics that day and a loaner would be provided if the claim was valid. I am currently 500 miles from home working and this is the only vehicle I have access to. I went in the following morning and was told by the service writer that they would have the vehicle 3-5 days before they could even look at it. I try to schedule coming back when they were ready for the diagnostics. They will not do that. She also stated they had no loaners and O had made the appointment through a representative not in the dealership and the representative had no way of knowing when they had time or if they even had loaners available. After a call to Ford I was told to speak with Kirk the service Manager. I did and got the same story from him. He blamed the backlog on a hurricane 5 years ago and that’s why he doesn’t have enough techs now. He stated I could bring it back in 2 days but I would still have the 3-5 day wait to be looked at. He also stated I could rent a car and Ford would reimburse me for it. I called to verify with Ford if this was the case and the lady told me they only reimburse for days after the diagnostics are done. So basically I would be out 3-5 days of rental on my own. This system is horribly broken if a customer brings a vehicle in that Ford has to warranty and the dealer sets on it for days without even looking at it. I am now forced to take it to an independent shop and have it looked at and pay that fee out of pocket just to get my vehicle fixed the same day. Why have warranty if it isn’t working like it should. I paid Ford for a warranty and that should cover any cost associated with the claim. Management was going to call yesterday and make this go away but still yet to receive a call so that’s the reason for the review now. Auto Nation in Panama City, FL is horrible to deal with on the service side. Name of the game is service after the sale. They failed. More

Lori Adair was fabulous. If I could have given her 10 stars, I would. However, John Meola started to help me, then told me Lori would help. Lori was helping another customer If I could have given her 10 stars, I would. However, John Meola started to help me, then told me Lori would help. Lori was helping another customer and asked John to go ahead and help me. John kept throwing me over to Lori. Lori apologized and said she'd be with me as soon as she had finished with her current customer. I told Lori no problem. It took her several minutes to finish up with her customer. The entire time, John sat at his station, appearing to do nothing More

Scheduled service for an issue with my vehicle 7/18/23 and was told I could not get my vehicle in until 8/1/23. My warranty expired 7/30/23 and the service person I was assigned to was supposed to give m and was told I could not get my vehicle in until 8/1/23. My warranty expired 7/30/23 and the service person I was assigned to was supposed to give me a call to discuss. No call after several messages left. On 7/29/23 I finally got a call after leaving messages with several people. I was told I would have to pay as I probably went through a lot of water, etc. I said it wasn't fair to me that I was scheduled 2 weeks out. Was told to bring it in the next day, Saturday, and the person I was assigned to did not speak to me until I gave her the keys and told her it appeared a screw was missing (possibly when they changed my oil). She looked underneath the vehicle and said the 'clip' was indeed missing and they completed the repair timely. A person other than the agent assigned to me completed the check out. Very disappointed in the 'customer service'. More
