Was really pleased when John was able to fit me in on brake boost repair. Once he had a tech review the problem, they got the parts ordered and my vehicle repaired in minimal time. I was without the car for 4 days but two of them were the weekend...so actually a speedy turn around. This dealer has always been responsive to maintaining both of my vehicles and will continue to get my business support. Kudos to all involved! More
Last 3 times when having maintenance our vehicle was done and just sitting there and we had to go tell the service person it was there. When we first started going here the mechanic handed the keys to the se and just sitting there and we had to go tell the service person it was there. Dropped my car off to have recall work done. Was assured when I made the appointment that all of the parts were in stock for the work that needed to be done. Nope, I was informed when I picked it up that th when I made the appointment that all of the parts were in stock for the work that needed to be done. Nope, I was informed when I picked it up that they didn’t have the parts for one of the recalls and I would have to bring it back. I have had the appointment for three months. They had more than enough time to make sure they had what was needed. Then they tried to charge me $700 to “replace” a piece of plastic that had come unattached. When I called the speak with someone about it I was hung up on twice— finally got in touch the the service department manager who told me he would go look into it and call me back. Never heard from him. Next communication I received was a text telling me my car was ready for pick up. Arrived to find the piece they wanted to charge me for was easily reattached and didn’t need to be replaced. When going over my inspection they had completed I was told I needed new tires. I just got all new tires in September… it’s January… Pretty sure my tires are just fine. When I told the tech this he just looked at me like I was stupid. I can assure you outside of having recall work done there since I don’t have another choice there is no way I would ever return to the Ford dealerships service center. Poor customer service and all they are put to do is make a buck… lying to try to get people to spend money unnecessarily. More

Was on a long road trip from Colorado, these guys were booked two weeks out and got me in out in within two hours. I’m sure having the premium care warranty helped expedite things but they still really he booked two weeks out and got me in out in within two hours.
