I liked most everything. I had an appointment for 8:30. I arrived about 8:15 and was taken right in. The service was not completed until 10 am. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and wearing mask. I was greeted immediately upon arriving for.my appointment and work was completed in about an hour. I would recommend this service group. There were some challenges with communication - had trouble reaching anyone at the service department via phone and there was a mixup with the method by which I was to receive my estimate. I also had trouble reaching anyone at the service department via phone and there was a mixup with the method by which I was to receive my estimate. I also had some concerns with the way the estimate was presented, but at the end of the day the service was good and the staff members I dealt with were very helpful and informative. It feels like the issue may be with the tools/processes provided to the staff rather than the employees themselves. More
