I took my 2012 Ford Mustang to the service department on 25 May 23 for rattling noise, driver seat forward latch not working, oil change, burnt smell when driving on interstate, and driver side door handle. 25 May 23 for rattling noise, driver seat forward latch not working, oil change, burnt smell when driving on interstate, and driver side door handle. There was text messaging to get update on the status, and on the 9th of Jun I was told they now have it on the alignment rack trying to figure out what the rattle is. The service tech test drove the mustang but having hard time pinpointing it. I reply stating it sound similar when I took the mustang back in latter 2018 or early 2019. I received another text same day they found the rattle to be the lower control arms and the latch on the driver side seat needs to be replaced and waiting for answer on the other stuff. On Monday, 12 Jun 23, I received a text that the warranty does not cover a rental and on Tue, 13 Jun 23 I received a text that the warranty does not cover the front lower control arms, and the latch in the driver side seat and the cost will be $1,806.74 plus tax/shop and $737.28 plus tax/shop respectively. Then on Thu, 15 Jun 23, I was text they were not able to pull my warranty because it was a 3rd party warranty not sold by Ford. I have the Ford Continued Service Plan, and on Fri, 15 Jun 23, I text a pic of the business card that has the Vehicle, owner, Plan Name, and the Plan #, CVSCU800015505.05.01, info. Bottom line, it took almost two weeks to resolved the warranty issue. I finally pick the mustang up on Thu, 29 Jun, but still waiting on the cable replacement part for the latch to the driver side seat. On Fri, 30 Jun, I text back that I’m still hearing a rattling noise and now a vibration. I also told them, since we are waiting for the cable part, let’s try to schedule to do both the same time. On Fri, 7 Jul, I was text to bring the mustang in on the 18th of Jul. On Fri, 21 Jul, I was text the seat cable will be work on Mon, 24 Jul, and that the service technician was not able to hear a rattle noise. Wed, 26 Jul, I was text the technician still not able to hear the rattling or feel a vibration. Since the technician was not able to hear the rattling and not available, I had to test drive, two different times/week apart, the mustang with two other personnel who both confirm they hear a rattling. Then on Thu, 17 Aug, I was text the mustang needs struts and drag links. I text back asking why this was not noticed initially when the mustang was taken to the shop. I received a text on Mon, 21 Aug, that I can pick up the mustang. Basically, it took 89 days, 3 whole months, to get the mustang back. Still to this day, 28 Aug, I hear rattling, but I was told when I picked up the mustang on the 21 Aug, that the technician test drove the mustang and hear no rattling. I am not a difficult customer, but the service provided is poorly dissatisfied. More
Had to wait for over four hours just for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. I purchased my truck at this dealership, so I like to have it serviced at the same location. This is not and tire rotation even with an appointment. I purchased my truck at this dealership, so I like to have it serviced at the same location. This is not the first time I have had to weight, one time I was there for over six hours and three to four on two other appointments. I know its poor scheduling and poor management. I will never purchase or return to this dealership at any point in time. More

I brought my car on for a recall which they had said would take half of the day. I live over an hour away so I was prepared to do wait. But they got me taken care of in less than 2 hours. All the requested work was accomplished as best I can tell except the DEF. It was supposed to be topped off but it only had a 3/4 full tank. I knew my brakes were bad and they said the pads were at 1 mm. tell except the DEF. It was supposed to be topped off but it only had a 3/4 full tank. I knew my brakes were bad and they said the pads were at 1 mm. They wanted $1100 to replace all of them, including 4 rotors. Of course I said no and then went to part store, bought OEM pads for $130, replaced them myself. When changing them, the front pads were 1 mm but the back were a little over 3 mm. They could go for several more months. Also found only the front rotors needed changed. The rear rotors were fine. If Ford had just told me specifically what they were at, only the front would have needed changed. It would have been half the cost. I replaced the rear pads even though they didn’t need it yet because I already bought them. For once, I would like to have a dealership I can trust. Stop trying to sell me parts I don’t need. I would have paid the $500 or so to replace the front brakes / rotors but I can’t trust the dealership to give me an honest assessment of what I need. It’s sad. More
I made reservations to have the oil changed in my 2020 F150 at 8:30 am on 9 August 2023. Thinking an oil change would take perhaps 30 minutes I was prepared to wait until it was done. When I asked the F150 at 8:30 am on 9 August 2023. Thinking an oil change would take perhaps 30 minutes I was prepared to wait until it was done. When I asked the service rep how long it would take he told me it would take an hour and a half. I couldn't wait that long so I got a ride and left my truck. Five and a half hours later I still had heard nothing from the service department. I called and asked if my truck was done and was told it was just going on the rack. I told the service rep to take it off the rack and I would come get it. When I arrived I found my truck was off the rack and waiting for me. That's the only thing Auto Nation did correctly for me. I did check the oil in case they had started to drain it and didn't replace the oil. The oil level was as I had left it. I doubt the truck was ever near the oil rack. Another thing that bothers me is there is an open recall on windshield wiper replacement. Ford has never reached out to me regarding the issue. I learned about it from CarFax. So, bad service and no communication has caused me to lose all confidence in the Auto Nation Ford in Panama City, FL. I won't be back. More
