Had a scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes before opening. Was the 4th or 5th car there and it took 25 minutes for them to get me checked in. If I didn't have the warranty that covered my service I would be going to support local small businesses. Next service due sticker is ineligible so I have to depend on the computer to track my service. More

I went in for an oil change that I paid for when I bought my Mustang. That was not in the computer and it took some research to confirm that I had four prepaid oil changes. The Service department staff listened to the reasons I brought the vehicle in. They provided updates as they looked into the issues I identified and professional recommendations on how to resolve the issu brought the vehicle in.
