i made an appointment to take my vehicle in for air-conditioning repair. after a day & a half of not hearing from anybody i called to get the status. they said it would be at least 5 to 7 days befo air-conditioning repair. after a day & a half of not hearing from anybody i called to get the status. they said it would be at least 5 to 7 days before they even looked at the vehicle. i can not afford to have my car sitting on the lot for that amount of time with nothing done. i went to pick up the vehicle and cancel my service and the people in the service dept. were very rude, particularly the service manager. it took them over a half-hour to even find my keys so that i could take my car. i will never go back to autonation for service or to buy a new vehicle. i have never encountered such rude, incompetent service department. Albeit my truck was ready three (3) business days later, I did not have an appointment and they were accommodative. They were great with completing the work and delivering to my window timeline. I had an appointment to get 4 tires replaced and an oil change. Lori helped me out by getting my price down with rising costs in oil, etc. In addition, I was quoted a lower price on mount and balance when change. When I arrived for my appointment, Lori quoted me a higher price. When I mentioned the difference in price, Lori worked to get it down, which I appreciate. A few things that I noticed when I picked up my truck: 1) the right front tire pressure was about 8 psi lower than the other 3. I put air in it myself today. I’m hoping this was an oversight and there’s nothing wrong with the tire. 2) They didn’t do an Oil reset (no biggie), but they also didn’t put a new sticker on my window to indicate when my next oil change is due. Maybe I shouldn’t rely on those, but they are extremely helpful in keeping me on track with maintenance. Overall good job thus far. More
