Horrible. Three days after I purchased my vechical. The motor had to be replaced. Thank God for warranty. I had navigation before engine change and after that Three days after I purchased my vechical. The motor had to be replaced. Thank God for warranty. I had navigation before engine change and after that for 5 months service department could not figure out how to get navigation back. I was told 4 or 5 different reasons. So is it false advertising for my vechical or what .i do have all papers and copy of window sticker that states it has navigation. And even service manager David and sells person Will. Admitted that the navigation was there. But Steve Martin manger of lots for ford pamama city was not interested in resolving the issues they caused. Absolutely discussing person in representing FORD. I will never recommend that location and will drive 100 miles away before I would ever go back.also back in December I had them change oil and rotate tires. I have directional tires. And when my husband looked at tires 30 days later the tires where put on wrong. The directional tires are clearly marked with arrows. This is very dangerous and things could have been alot worse. Lucky for them I guess. So sick over this whole experience. More

My AC quit working in February and I tried to get it fixed and found out I had to have N appointment. That is fine but I could not get an appointment until May. Two months to get an appointment is not v fixed and found out I had to have N appointment. That is fine but I could not get an appointment until May. i made an appointment to take my vehicle in for air-conditioning repair. after a day & a half of not hearing from anybody i called to get the status. they said it would be at least 5 to 7 days befo air-conditioning repair. after a day & a half of not hearing from anybody i called to get the status. they said it would be at least 5 to 7 days before they even looked at the vehicle. i can not afford to have my car sitting on the lot for that amount of time with nothing done. i went to pick up the vehicle and cancel my service and the people in the service dept. were very rude, particularly the service manager. it took them over a half-hour to even find my keys so that i could take my car. i will never go back to autonation for service or to buy a new vehicle. i have never encountered such rude, incompetent service department.
