The facility is clean and attractive, the representative was knowledgeable and personable. The mechanic work was done out of sight of customers, so I can only assume their work to be up to dealership standa was knowledgeable and personable. The person who made my reservation knew I would be waiting, the service representative knew I was waiting, yet I waited 3 1/2 hours for the oil change / tire rotation service to be completed.
