The facility is clean and attractive, the representative was knowledgeable and personable. The mechanic work was done out of sight of customers, so I can only assume their work to be up to dealership standa was knowledgeable and personable. The mechanic work was done out of sight of customers, so I can only assume their work to be up to dealership standards. The only negative is the waiting time. The person who made my reservation knew I would be waiting, the service representative knew I was waiting, yet I waited 3 1/2 hours for the oil change / tire rotation service to be completed. This CAN be improved! More

Very good service. Was given a ride back home notified when my car was ready, same-day service and was picked up and returned to my vehicle to check out. Was given a ride back home notified when my car was ready, same-day service and was picked up and returned to my vehicle to check out. More
I took my 2012 Ford Mustang to the service department on 25 May 23 for rattling noise, driver seat forward latch not working, oil change, burnt smell when driving on interstate, and driver side door handle. 25 May 23 for rattling noise, driver seat forward latch not working, oil change, burnt smell when driving on interstate, and driver side door handle. There was text messaging to get update on the status, and on the 9th of Jun I was told they now have it on the alignment rack trying to figure out what the rattle is. The service tech test drove the mustang but having hard time pinpointing it. I reply stating it sound similar when I took the mustang back in latter 2018 or early 2019. I received another text same day they found the rattle to be the lower control arms and the latch on the driver side seat needs to be replaced and waiting for answer on the other stuff. On Monday, 12 Jun 23, I received a text that the warranty does not cover a rental and on Tue, 13 Jun 23 I received a text that the warranty does not cover the front lower control arms, and the latch in the driver side seat and the cost will be $1,806.74 plus tax/shop and $737.28 plus tax/shop respectively. Then on Thu, 15 Jun 23, I was text they were not able to pull my warranty because it was a 3rd party warranty not sold by Ford. I have the Ford Continued Service Plan, and on Fri, 15 Jun 23, I text a pic of the business card that has the Vehicle, owner, Plan Name, and the Plan #, CVSCU800015505.05.01, info. Bottom line, it took almost two weeks to resolved the warranty issue. I finally pick the mustang up on Thu, 29 Jun, but still waiting on the cable replacement part for the latch to the driver side seat. On Fri, 30 Jun, I text back that I’m still hearing a rattling noise and now a vibration. I also told them, since we are waiting for the cable part, let’s try to schedule to do both the same time. On Fri, 7 Jul, I was text to bring the mustang in on the 18th of Jul. On Fri, 21 Jul, I was text the seat cable will be work on Mon, 24 Jul, and that the service technician was not able to hear a rattle noise. Wed, 26 Jul, I was text the technician still not able to hear the rattling or feel a vibration. Since the technician was not able to hear the rattling and not available, I had to test drive, two different times/week apart, the mustang with two other personnel who both confirm they hear a rattling. Then on Thu, 17 Aug, I was text the mustang needs struts and drag links. I text back asking why this was not noticed initially when the mustang was taken to the shop. I received a text on Mon, 21 Aug, that I can pick up the mustang. Basically, it took 89 days, 3 whole months, to get the mustang back. Still to this day, 28 Aug, I hear rattling, but I was told when I picked up the mustang on the 21 Aug, that the technician test drove the mustang and hear no rattling. I am not a difficult customer, but the service provided is poorly dissatisfied. More
