I am writing about the service rep and mechanic who serviced my car. They both did an excellent job in communicating, listening to my service concerns and making recommendations to what needs to be I serviced my car. Worst service department ever I’ve made for temps with four separate problems, and each one resulted in me, leaving without any resolution the most recent was I had to make an appointment, which took six four separate problems, and each one resulted in me, leaving without any resolution the most recent was I had to make an appointment, which took six weeks arrived at six weeks at my appointment, and I was told I needed to leave my car 3 to 5 days for them to diagnose it and then possibly parts afterwards where is the sense of making an appointment to tell him to leave my car 3 to 5 days just to diagnose their ability to get parts is unbelievably bad they told me there Internet search person couldn’t find a part. I found it on Amazon that afternoon and shipped it to them within two days they said they couldn’t find it and it would be at least several months before it be in. More

The facility is clean and attractive, the representative was knowledgeable and personable. The mechanic work was done out of sight of customers, so I can only assume their work to be up to dealership standa was knowledgeable and personable. The person who made my reservation knew I would be waiting, the service representative knew I was waiting, yet I waited 3 1/2 hours for the oil change / tire rotation service to be completed. This CAN be improved! More
