I've had issues with getting info in the past about the progress no my truck to the point where I was getting service elsewhere. I'd even planned to use an out of town dealership when needed. It took 5 months to get service on a recall for my 2018 F150. I was told I would have to leave it overnight. It took 8 days for the recall work to be performed. Got a simple oil change on my F250 diesel truck. They put my filter on so tight it collapsed in on itself and caused all my oil to leak out. I had to have it towed to Crestview. Vehicle service center has some major problems that need to be worked out. Three months to get an appointment for warranty work and then when it went in they didn't complete the work correctly.
