I've had issues with getting info in the past about the progress no my truck to the point where I was getting service elsewhere. I'd even planned to use an out of town dealership when needed. It took 5 months to get service on a recall for my 2018 F150. I was told I would have to leave it overnight. It took 8 days for the recall work to be performed. The guy who took control of my vehicle was a F150. I was told I would have to leave it overnight. It took 8 days for the recall work to be performed. They service our personal vehicles and two of my company vans. Safety issues are never ignored. It usually means a phone to explain the issue. The tex was very nice and answered all my questions. She let me know the time it would take to change my oil . It was done in less time. The parts man went out of his way to find me a mask to wear. Got a simple oil change on my F250 diesel truck. They put my filter on so tight it collapsed in on itself and caused all my oil to leak out. I had to have it towed to Crestview. Vehicle service center has some major problems that need to be worked out. Three months to get an appointment for warranty work and then when it went in they didn't complete the work correctly. I brought it back the same day I picked it up and it has now been there again for 9 days and apparently hasn't even been looked at yet. I had a sense that the customer service rep understood my frustration and had some of his own. More
