I usually have bad service with Autonation Panama City. This dealership for some reason or another. My car has been broken into in the past while on the lot. I had purchased a used vehicle and when I went to pick it up they sold it to someone else and said I could buy it off them for a $1000 more! My last service was better, James took care of most of our needs. We did find out after leaving that we have an extended service plan but they did not catch it and charged us for full service. I do not know how much the ESP would of covered but it was concerning we all overlooked it. More
Satisfied with work done on my F-150. I would have given 4-5 stars but for: I was told it would be ready in 4-5 hours. I had an appointment at 9:30 am and called 3 times.
