Just moved her from Georgia and needed an oil change. From the time I arrived I was greeted by several employees wanting to serve me. I like how they took the time to listen to what I was there for. They invited me to the lounge offered me some coffee and even offered me cookies. I have never been treated so well as I was that day. They informed me when my car was done and even went over my inspection paperwork of my vehicle. Was really impressed with my experience and will definitely tell others. This will definitely be my place to take my vehicle from now on. Fast, Friendly and efficient company. More
Brought car in for my prepaid account for oil change and needed new tires which they quoted and ordered. Was difficult to get a service rep to call me back, left three messages. I had to come by to get someone to help me find out that my tires had arrived and make an appointment to have them put on. When I went to pay for tires it was more than quoted but y’all guaranteed first quote. Mechanical service was great, except that can’t work on a Mercedes that I purchased with Autonation. Wish the sales team would have told me that at time of purchase. More

Worst service department ever I’ve made for temps with four separate problems, and each one resulted in me, leaving without any resolution the most recent was I had to make an appointment, which took six four separate problems, and each one resulted in me, leaving without any resolution the most recent was I had to make an appointment, which took six weeks arrived at six weeks at my appointment, and I was told I needed to leave my car 3 to 5 days for them to diagnose it and then possibly parts afterwards where is the sense of making an appointment to tell him to leave my car 3 to 5 days just to diagnose their ability to get parts is unbelievably bad they told me there Internet search person couldn’t find a part. I found it on Amazon that afternoon and shipped it to them within two days they said they couldn’t find it and it would be at least several months before it be in. More
