Have you ever purchased a 2-year old vehicle (e. g. 2019 F-150) from a local "dealer" (AutoNation Ford - Panama City), plus the Manufacturer's (Ford Motor Company) direct warranty for the extra assur g. 2019 F-150) from a local "dealer" (AutoNation Ford - Panama City), plus the Manufacturer's (Ford Motor Company) direct warranty for the extra assurances of quality and commitment, just to have your vehicle's motor fail in less than 24 months? If so, were you also told it needs a new motor, which is covered by the warranty, but it will take a year or more to get one, and you'll need to rent a car out of your own pocket until Ford is able to "put you on a list" for a replacement motor that is in high demand because they're currently selling them all in the 2022-2023 models? Kind of a specific question, or two, but just curious. This is not what I was taught about Ford, the great American car company, but times change, and over time, some companies shift from promises to profits. Sad to see. More
