There time is obviously more important than mine. It took me six weeks for the appointment. Had to make on the Computer because the one time that I was able to get through to make appointment the gir It took me six weeks for the appointment. Had to make on the Computer because the one time that I was able to get through to make appointment the girl said she needed the VIN and refused to go any further, I put in detail exactly what needed to be done. When I got there I was told I needed to leave it because there is only four lube techs there on a Saturday. Since I work in Marianna during the week I left it. I was not happy James Maddox was nice enough and listened to me and gave me his card and told me that he would keep me informed and if i had any questions to call. I called Monday and spoke to some lady who answered the phone by saying HHHEEELLLOOO- Like I woke her up. When I asked her if this was Ford she said, "yes" Who do you need? I told her service James Maddox- she didn't say anything the next thing I Knew I was listening to a voice recording. It was that way even with the mans number who said just to call. Not until Tuesday until I was able to get a hold of someone who said it will possibly be done Wednesday. Since I needed my vehicle I picked it up Thursday and the windshield wiper motor still is not in. Which was a recall item and they had at least 6 weeks to prepare for. That's why I gave them my VIN at least that's what I was told. I have nothing good to say tailgate button is still messed up. No one has contacted me as to when my motor will be in. This dealership service was horrible and I am still not done. . More
Dropped off one of our work vehicles for a routine service (oil and filter change) and check up. We had a TPMS light on the dash that was off when I picked it up but has since come back on. Tried to make an appointment for an oil change and factory recall by phone and personal contact and was told I didn't need an appt (can't do one online as it doesn't recognize my cell phone). Took my factory recall by phone and personal contact and was told I didn't need an appt (can't do one online as it doesn't recognize my cell phone). Took my vehicle in w/o one and had 2 people butt up in front of me. They need a better system, such as taking a number when you pull your car up and walk in for assistance. However, once I did get waited on, only took a few hours to do the oil change and recall. Can't wait until I can take it back to Ron's Auto Repair instead of the dealer. Yes, I would recommend them as we have no other Ford dealer in PC. More
AutoNation Ford is always accommodating to our situation. We like to get in early and get our service done. We are always checked in with in 15 minutes of opening time and we have never had to wait more than We like to get in early and get our service done. If the service was going to be more than a couple of hours, we were notified before hand. We were also supplied with a ride from the shop to the house as well as offered to be picked up to get back to our vehicle. Very satisfied with F.A.N. Service. More
David Ward is always on top of it and lets me know what is going on with my vehicle. They have awesome techs, some that have been there a very long time....Bob Holzman, Joe Stewart. and Daniel Lamoureux wh is going on with my vehicle.
