I walked in to make an appointment for inspection underneath my F350 after an encounter with debris on the freeway. Lori Adair asked if I had some time then and took the truck right in. They did the underside inspection of the frame and suspension and also the hoses and belts. Then sent me a walk under video. There was no charge for the inspection. Good job. More

I had an online appointment and it didn't end up showing on Auto Nations' calendar. Mr Kilroy still honored the appointment and corrected the problem I had with my F150. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Once I got home, I noticed 2 missing lug nuts, another one was about to come out, 4 more were loose, and my center cap had came off. Called the deale Once I got home, I noticed 2 missing lug nuts, another one was about to come out, 4 more were loose, and my center cap had came off. Called the dealership around 4:30PM and was told this wasn’t a good time to call and that I should call back tomorrow. Once I was able to get ahold of the service advisor, they said they would pay for replacement lugs and cap. However, no discount on the service was offered. You should not have to double check the work! More
The entire staff at AutoNation is great. John synced my phone for me and it took him a mere few minutes. The service department is horrible, they can’t even balance a set of tires that were purchased through them. I have been in three times and they had to replace one tire and still can’t get the balancin balance a set of tires that were purchased through them. The General Manager and the Service Manager got involved and still the same outcome. More
