I had to bring my car in for an oil change, the booking process and staff were all fantastic, however the engine light never went off after refilling the oil, I then had to rebook online two days later, I process and staff were all fantastic, however the engine light never went off after refilling the oil, I then had to rebook online two days later, I went in @7.30 to be told that they were need to car for around 5 days to do the diagnostic! I wasn't aware of this, there was no car on offer to give me in replace but I can't understand why the car couldn't be booked in for the diagnostic in a time slot? it's a new car with 9k miles on it, I wanted to keep going to a main dealer with it but I'm now forced to go elsewhere to get this fixed which is extremely disappointing, I'm not a mechanic but I even know that it doesn't take 5 days to hook the car up to the diagnostic test, I'm hoping that it's only the low oil that triggered the engine light and maybe a faulty sensor wouldn't reset it but I feel it's poor service that a main dealer couldn't accommodate me better on this as it's a new car - please implement time slots for the diagnostic testing, a 5 day wait time for this is very poor service - as I said, I'm now forced to go elsewhere to someone that's not a main Ford dealer so you've now lost my business. More

Dropped off car for recall notice. Complimentary shuttle service gave me a ride home. When car was finished, shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to dealership. My interactions with the service department of this dealership have always been a challenge. From scheduling an appointment to sharing of information between employees. I have been a consultant for a dealership have always been a challenge. From scheduling an appointment to sharing of information between employees. I have been a consultant for almost 30 years. I have worked with car dealerships of all shapes and sizes across country and I have found this dealership to be in the bottom 10% in terms of timely service and overall customer service. The attitude of this dealership appears to be that the customer is NOT there first priority. When I challenged this perception I am told that my experiences are not the norm. After multiple experiences I can say words are cheap. You are what you do. My most recent experience was better in terms of their lack of communication with me and within their own building. AutoNation knows they are the only game in town and behave that way. It would be impossible to single out one employee since this appears to be a systemic problem. James Maddox made every effort to make me feel satisfied with the issues. But I believe he is swimming against the tide. More
