Great service my truck required significant maintenance. New tires, rear brakes, recall issue, plus oil changes. I am not happy after this go around. I scheduled an oil change and an alignment on Tuesday, as I was told. I did ask if they could figure out a tailgate recall on my F-150, and I was sur I scheduled an oil change and an alignment on Tuesday, as I was told. I did ask if they could figure out a tailgate recall on my F-150, and I was surprised for them to say yes. The truck's oil change and alignment should have been done the same day I brought it in, and it wasn’t. I called them, and my service advisor said it would be done the following day in the evening. They didn’t even touch the truck that day. That’s two days they had my truck now for a typical job. On day three, I called them, and they still didn’t work on my car till I called them and told them to get my truck done, which they finally did after I asked them. Furthermore, when I got to the dealership to get my truck back, I had to leave in a hurry, and had I not looked at the bill, they would have charged me for things I had not asked for. My bill was $215 and ended up being $145. That’s a $70 difference that for things I didn’t ask for. More

Jesse in the Service Dept is an All Star. Greeted me and promptly got my vehicle checked in and directed me to the waiting area. Very clean and great complimentary coffee! Upon arrival, we were met immediatly by the service writer and asked to come inside. we were greeted pleasantly. Only waited a few minutes before the service person (John) greeted us and accepted our r writer and asked to come inside. we were greeted pleasantly. Anytime I scheduled service I bring my truck in the day of service and am told I’ll have to leave it for at least 5 days because they are too busy and need to work it in. This has happened 3 times. What is the point of making an appointment for a specific day when you’ll be told to drop your vehicle off and leave it for several days. Once I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 2 weeks just to get a diagnosis. I drive a vehicle that’s still under warranty and it seems like Autonation does everything it can to avoid fixing warranty related issues. Also be expecting 4-6 week lead times just to get an appointment for service only to be told you’ll need to drop your vehicle off for several days because they are too busy. Again this has happened to me 3 separate times. More
