They keep your vehicle for multiple days without touching it. I took it in AGAIN for the same issues and after 3 1/2 weeks of not having my truck they finally replaced the transmission (only 8K miles on the it. I was able to make a same day service appt for my 2020 F150. The dealership was busy, but still managed to take of my truck timely.
