Called and appointment was made with ease. Showed up early and got me in quickly. Explained one of the issues about the light could take more time than one day, which I declined service on. However, Lori was able to get the technician to look at the problem and she was able to find a replacement part and notified me immediately. She even was able to supply me with video showing the issue. I appreciate the work done and now I feel more safe driving my family around! More

Walked into the service department and waited about 10 minutes and no greeting from staff. I myself am a service advisor and would be fired if i treated my customers the way i was treated. I called for 3 weeks trying to make an appointment. I spoke to a lady who took a message, Mr. Ward who I treated my customers the way i was treated. I called for 3 weeks trying to make an appointment. I spoke to a lady who took a message, Mr. Ward who I left messages with with no response after promising a call back, and a gentleman names Jonathan who promised a call back as well and never called. I then drove up there and dealt with kirk who was very promt in helping me get an appointment. On appointment day I dealt with Jenessa who was amazing. I found issues with the work and she was very helpful with seeing the issues through. I will likely not return due to the 3 weeks it took to get an appointment. More
