I was on a trip in the area and my truck quit working. This was a close (1.25 hours) dealer to have my truck towed to. It was over a week before anybody could look at it and then parts were ordered and This was a close (1.25 hours) dealer to have my truck towed to. It was over a week before anybody could look at it and then parts were ordered and more parts ordered till it was determined that lightning probably struck the truck. The main problem I have with the service department is when you leave a message to call you, it might be a week before you here from them. No one checks messages of employees off, sick, vacation, or other reasons they would be absent. I even left a message for the General Manager to call me and told him about the issue and I have yet to receive a call back. This is bad business not returning calls. This is a issue I feel needs addressing. More

I had work done at Chiploa ford and was worried with my truck acting up. This 5 star review is for Emily Wilson! She went above and beyond to contact the other dealer for help with my issue.
