Dishonest, bad car all around, a manufacturer recall they didn't do, bad customer service, see dishonest. Cruel. Bad Carfax. I've reported to Ford Motor Corp. due to down communications and Hurricane Micheal didn't do, bad customer service, see dishonest. Cruel. Bad Carfax. I've reported to Ford Motor Corp. due to down communications and Hurricane Micheal, the first case number was not fully followed through. Ford Motor Corp is not ok with Autonation doing this to me. The car was also priced $4000. above advertised "CPO" in the paperwork we caught later. NO extended warranty. Refused to give maintenance history to other FORD dealerships. My copy is not the same as the actual Autonation HQ Copy. I'm out of pocket about $10K in repairs & have NO dependable transportation for work or medical. They destroyed my life. Sales AND Service. The recall was for brake boosters. They had my car for nearly a month in June 2018 and claimed that they had repaired only the brakes. I wasn’t aware there was even a recall on the car. After hurricane Michael hit October 10, 2018, I was berated again by the dealership, the car still supposedly under manufactures warranty, as well as an additional warranty that we purchased, and the general manager his name is Steve Martin, he told me in November 2018 “you’re going to have to start learning how to take care of this car” by that point I had only owned it nine months and it had been in their parking lot for repairs longer than I had ever had it in my possession. I find out Ford motor corporation paid them in June 2018 to replace those brake boosters. They did not replace the brake booster‘s they put the money back in their own pockets. I called Ford Motor Corp. - Exec Offices‘s in January 2019 and that is when I learned that after they kept my car for four months from December 2018 through March 2019 to repair my brake booster‘s that’s when they actually really repaired them. I still don’t know how they repaired the brake boosters. Ford Motor Corp. - Exec Offices the brake booster should’ve been repaired and replaced in June 2018. They get the car from December 2018 through March 2019 and then they claimed to be heroes and “discovered“ that it was the brake boosters. I still don’t know how my brakes or have been repaired on my car. I’ve also had my transmission rebuilt. It was supposed to have 35,000 miles on it. More

Good service- However, did not clean car handle when completed & did jot reset maintenance required warning light. 2 hour round trip to get it reset. Very disappointing. Dealership is great for selling vehicles and oil changes and tire rotation. my car needs an axle and parts have been in for a while (several weeks). I called the service advisor 4 times and left messages for him to call me, he never did. I was in shop last Monday for oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor John that helped me that day about getting my car axle replaced and told him I had called the other service advisor 4 times and left messages for him to call me. John said that advisor is sitting right there. So I repeated to him what I just said to John. He actually said let me see if parts are still here, he checked and they were., so I’m taking the car in this Monday. The car is still under warranty. I like the car but I’ve had more issues with it than I have any other car I’ve owned. I only have had Ford cars for 40 years. More
