Available appointment backlog is only reason for less than 5-star rating. John did his best to work my vehicle into the schedule, and the work was performed satisfactorily. Only complaint: shuttle ride back to the dealership did not arrive until 3 hours after I received the call that my truck was ready. More

I purchased the car two days ago but still haven't been able to pick it up. A tire had sidewall damage so it needed to be replaced and the tire still hasn't arrived at the dealer yet. The seller was very n able to pick it up. A tire had sidewall damage so it needed to be replaced and the tire still hasn't arrived at the dealer yet. The seller was very nice and worked well with us. I appreciate the dealer purchasing and mounting a tire to take care of the issue. However, the pictures of the car on the website when it was first listed showed that the tire was almost flat. So, it does frustrate me that the tire had an issue since it got to the dealer and they waited to do anything about the tire until the car sold. More
