I had an appointment at the dealership for an oil change. I arrived on time for my appointment I got checked in and I was told to wait in the lobby. An hour later I checked with my advisor. He checked and to I arrived on time for my appointment I got checked in and I was told to wait in the lobby. An hour later I checked with my advisor. He checked and told me I was next in line. One hour and 20 minutes later I went back to check on my vehicle again and I was told it was almost done. I waited over two hours for an oil change I had scheduled in advance and the advisor was aware I was waiting on the vehicle. The advisor was very courteous and helpful but was not proactive when it came to following the status of my vehicle when he knew I was waiting. Waiting over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is completely unacceptable. More

He showed understanding and patience for a client who had not bought a new ve accessible for information and questions by phone, email and in office. He showed understanding and patience for a client who had not bought a new vehicle in twenty years. Dalton explain procedures of purchasing a new vehicle with all options. He timely sent updates on vehicle scheduled production completion and delivery to the dealership. Upon vehicle arrival he provide a step through all the technical and safety features. The purchase and transactions of the new vehicle were exciting and the Sales Retail Associate York understood and help put the client/customer to ease. No question was silly, but understood.
