Good morning Ms. Ogden. My experience with your service department was unpleasant to say the least. I had a horrible time trying to talk with your service department. I brought my 2017 Ford Focus in at 9:3 department was unpleasant to say the least. I had a horrible time trying to talk with your service department. I brought my 2017 Ford Focus in at 9:30, per my scheduled appointment time. The back passenger side tire was leaking. Jesse, our service rep told me they would not work this tire because it had a peace of the sidewall (about the size of a quarter and 1/4 inch deep missing. And the passenger front tire also had a similar blemish. And because of Jesse telling he would not look at my tire and see if the leak could be fixed. He then told me I need new tires. I did question him on the need for a new tires and he explained he been in the tire businessfor many year (18?) and was an expert. I’m here on vacation and made the choice to replace it and two other tires. At 1:55 pm I sent a text/email to my Jesse at 1:55 and did not hear back till after 6:00 pm. I just wanted to get an up date on my car. At around 3:00 I starting calling and each time the operator transferred to service. This was a joke because No one ever answered the phone and I would be put back to the queue and go through the menu again. After 8 or 10 unsuccessful calls, the operator answering and being transferred to service, I asked to speak with the Manager. The manager did not answer and I left him a message. He got back to me in about 25 minutes and answered my questions. Jesse did contacted me by phone, but when he did it was after after 6 that evening. Side Note. I took my car into my local Ford Dealer (Gordie Bouche, Janesville WI). I had the do the Works (oil change and etc) and they checked out my leak and could not find anything wrong. We talked about the 1/4” deep, quarter size peace out of the side walls on the passenger side. My service assured me this would not become a problem because it was not deep enough. Based on what my Ford dealer service rep in Janesville told me, I believe Jesse was more interested in a sale. Do the service reps get a percentage of sales.? If they do this explains a lot. More

Takes a long time to get work scheduled due to parts availability, but the dealership was very up front. Every time I had an appointment they got the work done as promised.
