Let me start out by saying I hate buying cars. But Sam is extremely easy to work with and his follow up has been excellent. From the time I arrived until we left it took 1 3/4 hours, work was completed in a 45 minutes the rest of the time was spent trying to get final bill and pay. Beyond, The original purchase of my Car, I have had 2 previous services here at AutoNation Ford Panama City, both of which were "Excellent!" and a "Great Experience!" As for the service rendered on Febru previous services here at AutoNation Ford Panama City, both of which were "Excellent!" and a "Great Experience!" As for the service rendered on February 17, 2022, it too was as "Excellent" and as "Great an Experience" as the first two services were. When I pulled up into the service lane the man who greeted me as I stepped out of my car was so "Welcoming and Gracious" , as was the man behind service counter (Vic} who set my needed service in motion.
