Let me start out by saying I hate buying cars. But Sam is extremely easy to work with and his follow up has been excellent. When we finally found the car, crossover actually, Charlie and Keith were super additions to our car team. Oh, and Sam's follow up continues still. From the time I arrived until we left it took 1 3/4 hours, work was completed in a 45 minutes the rest of the time was spent trying to get final bill and pay. The front desk individual had to continue hours, work was completed in a 45 minutes the rest of the time was spent trying to get final bill and pay. The front desk individual had to continue to try and get parts to respond with bill. When finally completed tried to get Ford pass updated never was completed. Normal time to get this service at other Ford dealers is about 45 minutes. Will be sure to get service at a different Ford dealership More

Beyond, The original purchase of my Car, I have had 2 previous services here at AutoNation Ford Panama City, both of which were "Excellent!" and a "Great Experience!"
