Mike Wood was great! I came into the dealership in late spring and wanted a F150 with a 5.4L engine but it was not available. Mike recommended the 3.5L Ecoboost engine but wasn't happy with the engine and left. I came back in September and purchased a new F150 4x4 with the Ecoboost V6. As of this date, everything Mike said about the Ecoboost V6 was true and correct, much to my shugrin. I bought a 2011 F150 EXT 4WD new at this dealership when I lived near Panama City, FL and recently traded it for a Ford Fusion in Georgia where I now live. But, I must say I had the most exceptional experi I lived near Panama City, FL and recently traded it for a Ford Fusion in Georgia where I now live. But, I must say I had the most exceptional experience at this dealership from the onset. The salesman Brad and the finance guy Bobby made the sale seamless and actually pleasurable. Brad called me many times to make sure all was well with the truck and Bobby helped me with not only the sale but extended warranty and and a service contract "after" the sale. The service department is top drawer and I always found everyone in the dealership friendly and helpful. And, to top it all off, after I moved and traded this vehicle I called Bobby about a little credit left on my extended warranty. He actually remembered me and was most helpful and friendly. Of all the many many vehicles I have bought in my lifetime, this experience with PC Auto Nation stands out most in my mind. These guys are really wonderful to work with. More

These guys were awful. My 2003 F-150 blew a head gasket, should have lasted a lot longer than 106,000 miles. They said that they wanted to earn my business for a new F-150. They didn't even try. Do yourself a favor...go down the street to Panama City Toyota and buy a Tundra, and save yourself $15k; PC Toyota cares about their customers, CW Ford does not. More

On Friday, March 22 we went looking for a car at Cook-Whitehead Ford. We had looked at cars on the computer, And really like the Fusion & the Focus. When we arrived at the dealership Billy Provost Cook-Whitehead Ford. We had looked at cars on the computer, And really like the Fusion & the Focus. When we arrived at the dealership Billy Provost came out to meet with us & asked what we were looking for, he let us test drive both cars. We liked them both. Billy did the paperwork on the Fusion which we loved. When the price came back over our budget, he went back to run the financial for the Focus. We were very happy that the price was in our budget. We found the employees at Cook-Whithead couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Before we took the Focus, Billy showed us how to work all the features in the car. He even registered us for SYNC---That's a really cool feature.We were very happy with the service at Cook-Whitehead & would definately recommend this Ford dealer. More
CR was my sales rep, I have to say I made this sale difficult for him. CR gave me a fair deal on the truck. I had backed out of the deal at one point due to me being 600 miles away I called him back a difficult for him. CR gave me a fair deal on the truck. He helped me by getting the truck transported to me down to South Florida. He was patient with me while I got my bank draft ready for him with my local credit union.
