The service department has become increasingly busy. It took over two weeks to get my truck in for service. Good for the dealership, bad for the customer. This is the first dealership I have ever worked with where my truck was not presented to me for pickup. Very disappointing. More

I purchased a used truck from Auto Nation Ford Panama City Fl. overall the experience was Good, but I bought the truck before it was detailed and serviced and when I was scheduled to pick it up the issue City Fl. overall the experience was Good, but I bought the truck before it was detailed and serviced and when I was scheduled to pick it up the issues that were to be addressed of course were not, but they did take care of them in a timely manor, the detailing of the vehicle was terrible I don't know if this was because they new the truck was already sold or just poor service. when I got the truck home I took a clean white damp rag and wiped the front seat, it was filthy, so my advice would be don't buy it until your satisfied its clean. Over all satisfied with the sales department> Very unsatisfied with the detail shop! More
