The service department has become increasingly busy. It took over two weeks to get my truck in for service. Good for the dealership, bad for the customer. When I picked up my vehicle I was handed the keys. took over two weeks to get my truck in for service. Good for the dealership, bad for the customer. When I picked up my vehicle I was handed the keys. I had to ask where the truck was located. I had to walk through a gated area and locate my truck. This is the first dealership I have ever worked with where my truck was not presented to me for pickup. Very disappointing. More
