I took my vehicle in to this dealer for an oil leak. I was told the valve cover gaskets and the qil pan gaskets were the cause of the leak. Replacing them would cost almost $2,500 and would take approxima was told the valve cover gaskets and the qil pan gaskets were the cause of the leak. Replacing them would cost almost $2,500 and would take approximately 4 days. I agreed. Six days later when I called, I was told that parts were required and they hadn't started on the car. No one called me to update. I was then told the technician would start on my car when he finished other cars, and that it would take another week. That week went by, and when I called today, I was told that it may take another week, which would mean that they will have had my car for a month. I have been dealing with this service department for 13 years, and have never experienced this poor service. Fortunately, this will be the last service they will do on my vehicles. The large screen TV in the waiting area says "Of course we can fix it, we built it". I guess that only applies to cars under warranty. Never again!!!!! More

Worst service department writer in the history of car dealerships. My husband and I were on vacation here. Unfortunately, we are being told we may have to evacuate, the campground we are at, in the next dealerships. My husband and I were on vacation here. Unfortunately, we are being told we may have to evacuate, the campground we are at, in the next 48 hours due to the threat of a tropical storm/possible hurricane. The irony of it all is that we were on our way to pickup a new rv ac unit ( it went out the night before) when our Ford F-250 threw an error code. We stopped at this dealership since the truck was a diesel and generally requires a tech with diesel knowledge. When we told service writer what code it produces he literally shrugged us off. Then rudely told us it would be three weeks before he could even have anyone look at it. I understand that may be the situation, but we were very stressed and concerned about being able to tow our rv and evacuate! Not to mention, I’m an emergency room frontline healthcare worker and now may have to report home in 12 hrs. He had no care or concern for us. He didn’t make any suggestions as to what we could, but worst of all was he demeanor and lack of compassion!! I’m not surprised this dealership only has 2.6 stars! Fortunately, we found A &D Repairs. They immediately took our truck in to repair it. I can’t praise him or his staff enough! What nice caring people. If you are having diesel issues and are in Panama City, Florida do yourself a favor and take it to A&D Repairs! More

I totaled my car in March I have been calling Michael Peel for 5 months trying to get a refund for the warranty on my vehicle. They are giving me the ultimate run around. Poor customer service, service department 3-6-19 Scheduled an appoinment to get 2 item repaired that were under warranty. I have an interlock device installed in my truck. That is my problem that they have to work with, since they sold me the truck. When I told them about it they got an attitude and I was told that they had someone that could take it out of the truck. By the law, I cant let them do that. Told them I could show them how to use it and they had to go speak to someone else. When she came back she said I would have to leave it, that it would be a week and a half before they could look at it! What did the give me an appointment for if it was going to be 10 more days or so before they would look at it. Will never do business with them again!! More

Great Experience! We had been looking for a vehicle since the hurricane totaled our suv. Pulled into the used car lot and met the nicest young man, Charlie Lindenmuth. He found out what we were looking for and knew just what to show us. He is very knowledgeable. Was not the typical "pushy salesman". Took all the time we needed to ask and have our questions answered. We never felt any pressure to buy, he just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. The kind of guy you want to do business with. The finance officer, Mike Peal, was also wonderful to deal with. Got us a great finance deal. These people are nice, friendly and professional. Great to know that there are companies still out there that have wonderful employees like these two men. More

Not ok to do that when I said I didn't want it. Then I couldn't remember my SSN it was either one number or the other so they ran both. That could have been your SSN. My down payment and good credit and cosigner (with perfect credit) got me 9.4% interest. I would not go there. Just a warning. The dealers made me feel so uncomfortable More
