Really appreciated the quick responsiveness to a tire problem I had. The Service Rep was very friendly and very nice about handling the the issue. I was in and out in about an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Raymond in the service center. He made a stressful experience with my vehicle (had to be towed) into a pleasant experience. While my car was there he let me know ab service center. He made a stressful experience with my vehicle (had to be towed) into a pleasant experience. While my car was there he let me know about the special they had on breaks (which I knew I would have to replace soon), he did so in an informational way versus being pushy about it- he saved me money and saved me a trip since he got it taken care of while it was there. He exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend him if your car is there for service, they are lucky to have him. More
