Clean waiting room, friendly staff. Did not have to wait upon arrival for service consultant, even though (inexplicably) my appointment was not on the register. Took the truck in for a misfire and the vehicle sat on the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody t the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody to update me on what was going on. No one in the service department answered the phone and the only way to get an update was to waste my time and go in person to talk to anyone. Nothing was resolved. I loved the truck and ended up selling it to them as I didn’t have the time to keep looking into what was wrong with the vehicle as I am no certified Ford tech as they should have been. More

The recall service took 3 days because the tires were not in stock. A recall on tires should have tires in stock. I was not informed each day on progress on service.
