I was on a trip in the area and my truck quit working. This was a close (1.25 hours) dealer to have my truck towed to. It was over a week before anybody could look at it and then parts were ordered and This was a close (1.25 hours) dealer to have my truck towed to. It was over a week before anybody could look at it and then parts were ordered and more parts ordered till it was determined that lightning probably struck the truck. The main problem I have with the service department is when you leave a message to call you, it might be a week before you here from them. No one checks messages of employees off, sick, vacation, or other reasons they would be absent. I even left a message for the General Manager to call me and told him about the issue and I have yet to receive a call back. This is bad business not returning calls. This is a issue I feel needs addressing. More
Not a good experience,the guy up front was rude. i wanted to remove the gap insurance,because I didn't need it! He told me I couldn't remove,until my loan was paid! Which he is wrong about! Not his decision mine! Anyways,felt pressured,into buying all warranties,I didn't really need! Then told us we would get free oil changes! Come to find out we were charged!! Nothing for free,felt conned into it,I shoulda knew it was a bunch of fast paperwork to get us out!..then was asked about participating in a school/ college fund!! Really I declined,and it was on for additional charge! Car is good at fair price, but the car fax said it was in a accident!!? My bad didn't realize till after the fact!! Overall,I think they should be trained to communicate better! Live and learn got the paperwork to remove the gap and maintenance! More
