AutoNation in North Canton proving once again why they have my repeat business. A couple weeks ago (Labor Day Weekend), while leaving the movie theater, it was a bit chilly so went to put the heat on f have my repeat business. A couple weeks ago (Labor Day Weekend), while leaving the movie theater, it was a bit chilly so went to put the heat on for the first time, but the air wasn't getting warm. As I had just had the vehicle in for service a few days prior, I called and left a message with Mandy (Service Writer) my contact that kept me apprised of the prior service progress... mind you this was after 9pm on a Saturday so in my mind I'm thinking she'd get it Monday morning when she came in to work. I turned the heat off and kept driving. Shortly after getting on the freeway the coolant high temp warning light flashed predominantly across the dash screen. Pulled off the side of the road, steam and smoke already billowing. Getting the family out of the car and off the side of the road -- and after calling AAA -- I called Mandy and left her a second message. In less than a minute my phone rang, it was Mandy! Her work phone forwards to her personal phone after hours. Her first concerns were: are we ok and was everyone safe? After clarifying that AAA was going to take at least 1.5+ hours to get to us due to the holiday, Mandy got Nick (Service Director) involved. Nick called right away. Like Mandy – his first concerns were: are we ok and was everyone safe? He was already enroute to the dealership to get a car and come give it to us so we could leave, and he’d wait for the tow truck and ride back with them. Mind you we were in Strongsville, about an hour away from North Canton. Nick stayed in regular contact, checking up on us and updating us on his progress and ETA. During all this, I get a call from Marcus (General Sales Manager) and like Mandy and Nick – his first concerns were: are we ok and was everyone safe? Marcus was personally involved when I custom ordered the truck and called to check-in and reaffirm what they were doing. Sometime later the car pulls up and both Nick AND Marcus get out. After a short exchange of pleasantries, I sign for the car and we’re on our way while Nick and Marcus deal with the tow truck driver. This is the Director of Service and the GM of Sales now standing on the side of the road, in the rain, well past 10pm on a holiday weekend taking care of the customer. This is an example of why they are still my dealership even though I’ve moved an hour away, why I drive past countless other Ford dealerships on my way to North Canton, and this is an example of why I will continue to do so. More

Service department was great. I wanted a copy of my maintenance plan. Let several messages with finance, no call back. Ever. Had to go to manager to get it.
