I bought 2 vehicles at AutoNation Ford - an Escape SE and an Escape Titanium. The staff there have always been friendly and helpful. The last salesman I worked with was recommended to me by some good frien an Escape Titanium. The staff there have always been friendly and helpful. The last salesman I worked with was recommended to me by some good friends. He was very professional in a profession that is usually disdained. There were a couple things about my new Escape that he couldn't answer, but I didn't push the issue. I had done a little research on pricing and the final price was right where I would expect it to be without having to play the haggling game. Financing was easy snd painless on my first purchase, but I paid cash for for my latest purchase, so I didn't use financing. I wouldn't have expected it to be any different than before. The people in Service have always been top notch. The only thing I found to be sub par was the quality of the windshield wiper blades. So I buy them elsewhere now. Warranty issues (I've only had a couple in 7 years) are taken care of quickly. Even an honest mistake on a warranty (in my favor) was honored without hesitation. The facility is clean and spacious, so I always wait for oil changes and tire rotations, and use their shuttle service to go back home if it's something that will take several hours. When all electric vehicles become mainstream there is a good chance I'll buy a Ford from AutoNation Ford. More

I am upset over the fact I had to pay $374.00 for a new battery. And my vehicle did the same thing it did when it was towed in. Then I was told I needed a new starter, after that was installed my radio do battery. And my vehicle did the same thing it did when it was towed in. Then I was told I needed a new starter, after that was installed my radio does not work correctly. I have called the service advisor left a message and no return call. More
