Scheduling my service appointment is very easy with their online tool, and when I've had to change my appointment, their service representative was helpful and efficient. My most recent service appointment which was on 1/4, they did not have a part needed (not critical) as it was on backorder. Bill, the assistant service manager, gave me his card and told me that when I brought my car in to be serviced the next time to call him and he would have all in order.
