I started dealing here since the dealer where I bought my car was doing shaby work on my car. I took it in for interior lights weren't working. It took 2 visits to fix the light and then 3 visits to half fix car was doing shaby work on my car. I took it in for interior lights weren't working. Throughout the process he kept me up to date and after the service was complete he took the time to let me know of all the ways to communicate with the dealer any time I needed to schedule service. (i.e. various drop off/pick-up options). I left and literally told my husband that I had just experienced the best true customer service. Thank you! I feel I can trust their service dept. to take good care of my car. I had it in for my recall on my 2015 Edge, and had a water leak somewhere that was hard to find.
