After buying a used car we found the a/c was not working. Called to have it fixed under warranty. They scheduled it for 2 days after the 5 day return. It took over 2 weeks to get it back. They say they fixed it, but a/c stopped working again after a week. The part they say they fixed I am questioning. They still have our car after over 2 weeks. We have had our car in our possession 10 days of the 45 day warranty. Only to be told our warranty is up today. Not a very good service department. Questioning if I should turn this into the Ohio association of dealerships. After reading other bad reviews and they are told the GM will look into it and fix the problem, maybe they need a new GM More
We had a good experience with the purchase of our vehicle. We brought it back for service and felt the charges were not properly explained. We paid for the best warranty and were told that the issue vehicle. We brought it back for service and felt the charges were not properly explained. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I talked to 3 different people, but nothing changed. A simple phone call would have gone a long way and helped to build trust. More

I got the FOCUS new in 2017. I truly like everything about the car BUT, this was the 3rd time the transmission had to be repaired. Fortunately for me, I bought the best warranty I truly like everything about the car BUT, this was the 3rd time the transmission had to be repaired. Fortunately for me, I bought the best warranty they had available, so the $2700 repair didn't cost me anything. Apparently, the warranty company agreed to a more comprehensive repair this time and the transmission is running smoother than it ever has. I don't blame the dealership, but FORD MOTOR COMPANY let the FOCUS hit the market & stay on the market with KNOWN transmission ISSUES. Shame on them but hats off to the dealership! More
Can’t trust them anymore about services they were suppose to do. Took my transit van there to have the transmission flushed, they told me the machine broke halfway through so they kept it overnight.. I needed it back the next day because it had another appointment at another place and suddenly they said OK machine is fixed and your van is all done. I ended up taking it to Jim’s and Sons transmission because I didn’t have a good feeling about what Ford was telling me., I had them change out the transmission fluid, and he said the transmission fluid was super dirty. It didn’t look like it had been touched at all. More
