After a bad 1st experience with their service department, I've come to have great service ever since. David who has taken care of me ever since then has always gone above and beyond to try and get me my truc I've come to have great service ever since. David who has taken care of me ever since then has always gone above and beyond to try and get me my truck back to me as soon as possible. I'm only giving this a 4 star because of how I was looked at by an actual technician when I asked a question and he told me his answer and when I came back with a reason as to why I was asking he just gave me a dirty look. Other then that David gets a 5 star from me and I will definitely be going back to him from now on. More

Very poor communication. Rarely do service staff answer the phone; calls mostly go to voicemail, with calls never returned in a timely manner. Took eight days to install a battery, alternator and belt. Ser the phone; calls mostly go to voicemail, with calls never returned in a timely manner. Took eight days to install a battery, alternator and belt. Service advisor, managers have plenty of excuses for apparent incompetence. Recommend another dealer for service. Stay away. This was not an isolated encounter. The last service visit was the same. I will not be returning to AutoNation Ford, N. Canton, Ohio for service, nor vehicle purchases. Read other reviews!!! More
