I made an appointment for 3 recall services and an oil change. I dropped my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning. At 4 pm I had the ONLY phone call from the dealership to let me know that only the oil cha change. I dropped my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning. At 4 pm I had the ONLY phone call from the dealership to let me know that only the oil change was done at that time and only one of my recall services would be completed by 6pm! They had my vehicle the whole day for an oil change and service on my roof racks! To me it looks as if they booked more appointments than their mechanics could handle. I don’t get many days off during the week, so I don’t know when I’ll get to service the other recalls. I won’t go back to AutoNation Ford. More

Went in for service appointment that I thought I had . .was told I didn't have appointment but they still took me ...service manager was very nice/ helpful.
