I had been looking for a C5 or C6 Corvette for about 4 months. I found this one online at Auto Nation Ford. Less than an hour after I sent an inquiry, Lora Henry called and asked if I had any questions about the car. She was full of information, direct and not pushy. Having been an Audi/VW dealer years prior, I appreciated this. My wife and I were on the fence as to whether we wanted to make the 2:45 trip all the way from Bemus Point. Lora took the time to send us 4 very well done videos showing every aspect of the car. We made the trip, the whole dealership was extremely helpful, we test drove the car, made the deal, made arrangements to pick it up in a week and it is now in our driveway! The entire facility was clean, modern, professionally run with extremely kind and knowledgeable people. We even met the service manager!.I recommend this dealer with 5 stars! More

Excellent service protocol in taking care of the customer and meeting them where they are. Had a lockout experience while in a loaner and they promptly handled the situation without any hesitation. Service seems to have declined at this dealership. Seems very disorganized with constant turnover of staff. I scheduled an appointment and was told the vehicle MAY not be able to be FIXED the same day Seems very disorganized with constant turnover of staff. I scheduled an appointment and was told the vehicle MAY not be able to be FIXED the same day. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't even do diagnostics for 4-5 days because of their backlog. Why would I leave my vehicle SIT at the service department this long. I opted to keep my vehicle and rescheduled my appointment. This was not the fault of the person coordinating my service (Mandy). The scheduler should not be scheduling appointments when service cannot be performed. This reflects poor management in this service department! 4 stars was generous!!! More
