My car was at the collision center for repair and while there they were able to coordinate getting my car to service for new brakes and an oil change. I have been waiting three weeks for my second set of keys and the combination for keyless entry. The dealership is 30 minutes from my home and I made 2 extra trips to get this resolved and came home empty handed. I was also surprised to learn that I was forced to purchase a bed liner that was already installed in the truck. I asked that it be removed and they said they could not do it and I have to pay for it. I did get a discount but the point is, I would rather have the blown in bed liner. More
