I feel I can trust their service dept. to take good care of my car. I had it in for my recall on my 2015 Edge, and had a water leak somewhere that was hard to find. They replaced the water pump, and Mandy even sent me pictures of the old leaking one in place on the car before they started the repair. She was friendly and thorough, and my car is running like a charm again! More
