We walked in with the intent of purchasing a truck, which we had identified for our choosing. After a test drive we opted to make an offer on the vehicle, which was declined under the premise t truck, which we had identified for our choosing. After a test drive we opted to make an offer on the vehicle, which was declined under the premise that the dealership does not "haggle". In spite of this we paid the asking price in cash. And while everyone seemed genuinely friendly and ready to assist, we felt that the wait time was inordinately long for a cash paying customer (and not entirely attributable to the sales rep) and frankly was an imposition. Additionally and inexplicably, we were required to fill out a credit application, despite our method of payment. The dealership could do a better job of providing expedient service to cash buying customers. More
