Never take your car to this dealer. They play games with you, their communication skills is the worst. They don’t return your calls, they don’t give you an update about your vehicle un They play games with you, their communication skills is the worst. They don’t return your calls, they don’t give you an update about your vehicle unless you show there in person. There is no loaner and they are very irresponsible. There is no customer service from the service advisory at all and they don’t care if you have kids to drop at school, or urgency to get your car ready. Simple you don’t know what is happening, what is the timeline to get the service done and neither the cost. Maybe if you have a brand new car, they will treat you differently but it is not my case. Never, ever take your car there. It is a huge disrespect with their clients. More
