Hands down the best service I have had on my Ford F150 after taking it to other ford dealerships and leaving very upset. Bringing my truck for service at the Miami lakes location was by far the best servi after taking it to other ford dealerships and leaving very upset. Bringing my truck for service at the Miami lakes location was by far the best service and finished just in time for me to get back to work happy. I will only bring my Ford F-150 to Miami location on 57th ave by far the best! Thank you guys More
Juan , who assisted me at this location , did an awesome job. I thought my car wouldn’t be fixed but he found a way with other mechanics to make this happen. I was over charged for a oil change and I was told that I needed brake pads for my front brakes and I needed to replace my routers and it would cost me 2,500.00, I advised Chris the service guy that was to m needed brake pads for my front brakes and I needed to replace my routers and it would cost me 2,500.00, I advised Chris the service guy that was to much not to worry about doing the brake. He call me back about 20 minutes later and said they can do it for $1,300 and I told them ok, than he call me back and said that they was able to do anymore because he couldn't get the parts from another company. I pick up my car and took it to the Jaguar dealership and was advised that I didn't need any brake pads or routers right now I wait for at least another 6 months before I would have to change them. Unfortunately, this was a really bad experience. I took our church shuttle for it's 70k mile service. It was drop off October 25th at 11am. We got no call of status and we called several times to ob I took our church shuttle for it's 70k mile service. It was drop off October 25th at 11am. We got no call of status and we called several times to obtain status. This all took place over a span of 8 days. Left messages during that time as well. I finally took time off from work on November 8th to go to the dealer to fine out what happened. Customer service in the service lobby wasn't up to pair either without going into details. Service guy told me the shuttle was ready, so I said okay I'll take it today. Then he says give me a few hours so the techs can put it back together. (They had it for 8 days, it still wasn't together) I say okay, call me. Of course no call and no returned call when I calling the same day. So I take more time off the very next day. The shuttle wasn't ready until 4pm and the 70k service was not completed. The only thing done was an oil change. At that point we just needed the shuttle back for Sunday service. I will never take a vehicle back to that place again. Not to mention one of their drivers bumped my truck with a box truck same day. Just a scuff but dang. More
